1. Order Cut-Off Time & Handling Time (Processing)
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed before this time will begin processing within the same business day cycles. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Order Processing Time (Handling): All orders are carefully audited, sorted, and packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipment Notification: You will receive an automated tracking notification via email or SMS the exact moment your package is handed over to our global premium logistics networks and commercial carriers.


2. Eligible Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
We officially dispatch orders to the following Tier-1 countries. To guarantee absolute peace of mind, we provide 100% Free Insured Shipping on all items, with zero hidden delivery charges or surprise baseline fees at checkout:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Live Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation containing your unique tracking number(s). Tracking indicators generally become active and show live updates within 24 to 48 hours. 4. Customs, Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes
PetsVura is not legally responsible for any external customs, duties, or local tariffs applied to your package upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after the shipping process are the sole responsibility of the customer. However, please note that for our core Tier-1 markets, additional customs clearance fees are extremely rare due to our optimized international shipping routes.


5. Damages, Broken Items, and Lost Packages (Insured Protection)
Your complete satisfaction and peace of mind are our absolute priorities. Every single shipment sent from our facility is backed by premium Insured Shipping protection:
Damaged on Arrival: If your pet gear arrives broken or physically compromised, please take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately.
Declared Lost: If a package is officially declared lost in transit by the courier service, we have you covered.
In either scenario, please open an urgent ticket on our official Contact Page within 48 hours of delivery or delivery expiration, and we will immediately arrange a 100% free replacement or a full financial refund.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer
It is the absolute responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the physical shipping address entered during checkout is 100% accurate, complete, and valid. Because we utilize highly accelerated automated fulfillment systems, there is an extremely small time window to modify an order. If you realize you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you must notify our managers immediately through the Support Helpdesk. PetsVura cannot be held liable for packages that fail to deliver due to incorrect address submissions provided by the customer.
